"I Agree With Nick" Lib Dem Flashmob sees Trafalgar Square turned yellow

Picture the scene - 3pm on a bright sunny Bank Holiday afternoon in Central London. Trafalgar Square is packed with locals and tourists alike enjoying the sun and the refreshment that the fountain water provides. On the South side a group of protesters chant to "Free Burma" while on the North side a group of people assemble wearing various items of yellow clothing, stickers and holding banners.

As the clock on St. Martin in the Fields struck 3pm a small countdown began. 10, 9, 8...

The Liberal Democrat supporters Flashmob had begun.

For just over five-minutes the hundreds that had gathered chanted "I Agree with Nick" in support of the party leader Nick Clegg and "We Want Change" as well as "We Want PR".

Onlookers were surprised with the impromptu gathering (as is usually normal with flashmobs), many even applauded, and some even joined in.

A successful flashmob I'd say...
